Sick Visits

At Pontchartrain Pediatrics, we are aware of how stressful having a sick child can be. We do our best to schedule your child's visit the day you request. There may, however, be a scheduling conflict at the time your request and we can offer you the next available appointment with one of our doctors or nurse practitioners. Our office offers appointments from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Thursday, and Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. 

We also know that your time is valuable and we do our utmost to see you promptly; situations arise however where, because of a serious condition or parental concern, someone else's time may extend a bit into your schedule time. We hope you understand and appreciate your patience.

We will also give you the time needed to discuss your child and your concerns. We do not encourage walk-ins. Please call for an appoint or use our online form if your child needs to see a doctor.
